A new challenge over at Stampin' for the weekend is the order of the day and what else could we tempt you with ? Of course it had to be a spooky Halloween challenge !
We are sponsored this week by pink gems designs
This week I have been busy cuddling my 3 year old who has the dreaded chicken pox - bless him he is covered they are everywhere even his mouth and hair :(
So I made a quick gift box to show you using some creative cottage digi paper (discontinued) and a stamp from the bottom of my drawer (sorry I have no idea which brand it is !) I highlighted the webs with stickles and tied the whole thing up with some ribbon - Yes V simple !
For more inspiration pop over to the stampin for the weekend blog.

Trick or treat .... smell my feet !
Happy Friday to you - I'm so glad you came to visit today x
I have a card to show you this morning made with an adoreable jellypark image.
This is my card for our brand spanking new challenge over at jellypark friends Friday challenge which is, rather aptly for this time of year, costumes. I have used the cute little witch digi stamp available here at the jellypark store.
I have coloured her in with my prisma pencils and added a subtle sparkle with my spica glitter pens - I'm really happy with how she turned out.
The backing papers (apart from the large orange spots) are from the Picadilly lily (Etsy) Halloween boutique paper pack.
I heat embossed my sentiment with bronze EP and then added some to the punched border strip (MS of course !). I added some bling with part of a prima gem swirl ( **TOP TIP** always chop these up and never ever run them behind an image you would be amazed how much further they go) and then I coloured some pearls with my orange promarker to match.
I would like to add this card to the following challenges:
Color throwdown - fantastci colour combo again - thanks girls x

Trick or treat
Wow is it me or is the time whizzing by faster the closer we get to Christmas ?! It certainly feels like it !
It is already time for another challenge over at paper crafting journey and this week it is a colour challenge.
This colour combo is perfect for those Halloween goodies you are all creating at the moment but it can be any theme as long as it includes these colours.
We are sponsored by 2 cute rubber stamps for this challenge and we were lucky enough to be able to use one of their fantastic images. I love this cute kitty dressed up in his pumpkin I really enjoyed playing with him x
I have used lots of dies/punches on this card - 2 circles and a scalloped circle (spellbinders), the border is Martha Stewart's branch punch and that rolled rose is the Marianne D creatables chinese rose.
I love how the orange glitter (doodlebug) looks on the black rose I think it looks like it has been dipped in sherbert !
The orange ribbon is a peice left over from last years Halloween projects it was perfect for this card and my pearls were coloured with my promarkers to match.
The sentiment is stamped and embossed with bronze powder and it catches the light really nicely.
Don't forget to pop over to the paper crafting journey to check out the rest of the DT inspiration and for all the details of the challenge.
I would like to add my card to the following challenges;
Colour Q - Colour combo
Clear it out challenge - Halloween
Creative card crew - Spooky fun
Cupcake craft challenges - Halloween
Stamps + fun = creativity - Halloween
Bows & berries - Gorgeous inspiration pic x
Cutie pie challenge - Bingo (Glitter/2 patterned papers/flowers)

Love birds
Hello I hope you are well x
I have been sooooo busy this week as it's my sons 3rd birthday tomorrow and I am also orgainising his Christening which is in early November so there really hasn't been much time to play with my crafty stash.
BUT (there is always a but !) I was very naughty and bought this beautiful die (I can't wait to make my own Christmas decorations with this - O I do hope it will cut felt) and I just had to play with it straight away. So I made a quick and very simple easel card to show it off.
I used the colours from this weeks CR8 4FN colour challenge as my inspiration
I would also like to add my card to the following challenges;
Catered crop recipe # 22 - I used warm fall colours, kraft, die cuts, hearts and a 3 loop bow.
The kraft journal - To die cut for
Anything goes - Die cuts/punches
Bearly mine challenges - Easel does it !
My Mums craft shop - Inspired by a song (Eva Cassidy - Songbird - such a beautiful song)
Thanks for visiting leave a comment so I can visit you too x

Yay it's FRIDAY !!!!!!!!!!!
And today is also time for another challenge for you at stampin' for the weekend. This week we want to see your craft projects with autumnal colours.
For my project I have used some of my fav papers (again !) from cosmo cricket and a sentiment from Raindrop echo designs which I've layered with a digital engraving from Katie Pertiet and highlighted with a gold spica pen. The lovely bloom is, of course, Prima.
I used this weeks gorgeous sketch from Chupa over at Sketchbook Saturday (check it out here) - hope I've done it justice x
