I got some yummy new craft stash for Christmas and I have been itching to get some time to play with it !
So when I saw the amazing new sketchbook Saturday challenge over at Random acts of creativity I just couldn't resist !
So my new stash on this card is the kraft card - which is a yummy dark shade the patterned paper, both the nesties {oval and the picot edge circle}, the buttons and the chalk which I added to the butterfly wings !
The gorgeous lace stamps {Anna Griffin} are old but I really do not use them enough and I am so very glad I dug them out of the drawer along with the EP and heat gun. I love the way they look against that darker shade of kraft.
The sentiment is from the basic grey too sweet stamp set and the butterfly stamp is from pink paislee.
The butterfly is coloured lightly with my new inscribe pastels then I added some liquid pearls and edged it with a gold pen to make it pop a little.
I hope you got some new crafty stash for Christmas or maybe you are waiting for the sales !
I would like to add this card to the following challenges;
Sketchbook Saturday challenge # 43 - Yummy sketch and amazing sample - thanks
I brake for challenges - Vintage
Little red wagon - Something new {my stash !}
